14 days to change your mind

You can cancel any course, CPD pack or team seat within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not been started.

“Started” means the learner has opened any unit of the course in the learning portal. Because the course is digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to give you access straight away and confirm that your right to cancel ends once you start.

Team orders and CPD packs

• Team orders: within 14 days, we refund every seat whose learner has not started the course.
• CPD packs: within 14 days, if none of the courses in the pack has been started, we refund the pack in full. If some have been started, we refund the courses not yet started, valued at their individual list price, up to the price paid for the pack.

If something goes wrong on our side

If a course does not work as described — for example a unit will not play or the exam cannot be submitted — tell us. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you whether or not you have started.

How to ask for a refund

Email learn@pnyxhill.academy with your order number. We confirm within 2 working days and refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Access to refunded courses ends when the refund is made.

Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this form. A clear email to learn@pnyxhill.academy is enough. If you prefer, copy the text below into an email or letter and send it to us within 14 days of purchase.
