Pnyx Hill Academy (the “Academy”, “we”) is operated by Pnyx Hill Ltd, a company established in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with its registered office at DD 718-8, 7th Floor, Al Maryah Tower, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Each course is a licence for one named learner to take that course online, at their own pace, through our learning portal at learn.pnyxhill.academy. A licence cannot be shared, transferred or resold. Logins are personal and must not be shared.
When you buy for a team, each seat is a licence for one learner named at checkout. A CPD pack is a set of course licences for one learner, sold together.
Access lasts for at least 12 months from purchase. After that, the certificates you have earned remain valid and verifiable.
Prices are shown in euro and exclude VAT where it applies.
Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment provider, Revolut. We never see or store your full card number. Organisations that need to pay by invoice can contact us before buying.
As soon as payment clears, we create the learner’s account on the learning portal (or add the course to an existing account) and email the login details and a direct link to the course. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided the course has not been started. At checkout you ask us to give you access straight away and confirm that you understand the right to cancel ends once you start the course. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Our courses are designed to support continuing professional development, including CySEC CPD for certified persons. CySEC does not approve CPD providers or courses, and the Academy is not approved by CySEC. You remain responsible for confirming that a course meets your own CPD obligations.
All course material — videos, notes, quizzes, case studies and documents — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, record, publish, or share it with anyone else.
Our courses explain the law and regulatory practice as they stood when the course was last updated. They are training, not legal advice, and should not be relied on as advice for any particular situation. We may update a course to reflect changes in the law.
If a course does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the ADGM Courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.
